Located 15 minutes from the airport and Chaweng., its six bedrooms, 25-meter infinity pool, and contemporary design make it ideal for families or groups seeking a luxurious private vacation.
The space
Suralai was designed as an exclusive private resort, ideal for families or groups of friends to escape together in stylish yet relaxed surroundings. It was also designed to be the most stylish and luxurious private residence on the island. The furniture, fittings and artworks were all painstakingly sourced or custom made for the residence and are of the highest quality.

Villa Layout

Suralai is a multi-level villa with a gated entrance at the top. The main living and dining areas are on the middle level, with three identical double bedrooms. Below is an adjoining pavilion with two master bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Stairs descend to the lawned-garden and 25-meter infinity pool. A Thai-style sala with a dining table, swim-up bar, and a gym are also on the lower level.

Villa Manager; chef; housekeeper and handyman. Additional staff such as a nanny/babysitter, masseuse or yoga instructor can be hired on request at an extra charge.

Dining
Suralai’s resident chef is skilled in preparing outstanding Thai and western meals. A comprehensive menu offers myriad choices for in-house dining which can be enjoyed in numerous locations around the villa.

Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets and children’s menus). Groceries are charged at market price plus 20% service charge and 7% government tax.

Communication
Complimentary WiFi in all areas of the villa.

Entertainment
Living and dining area has a 75-inch Smart TV with a Chromecast box for IPTV; iPod and dock with wireless remote control; Bose surround-sound HiFi system with six zones including three outdoor speakers in the garden and sala.

For Families
Suralai is well-prepared to welcome families with children of all ages. Amenities include pool toys, high chairs and baby cots. Other equipment or nanny services can be arranged for on request at an extra charge.

Gym
The villa’s private gym is equipped with a range of Life Fitness machines, weights and yoga mats. Windows open up for you to enjoy the view and a door opens onto a private lawned garden. The Villa Manager can arrange for private aqua-aerobics, yoga and other fitness classes upon request.

Spa
Spa treatments selected from a comprehensive menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies) in the villa’s sala or in guest bedrooms, upon arrangement with the Villa Manager.

Transport
Car or minibus hires and taxi pick-ups can easily be arranged by the Villa Manager. Extra fees may apply.

Weddings & Events
Events for up to 80 guests can be arranged at Suralai with prior notice (event fee applies)

Chef's Fee

THB2500 chefs fee for Lunch OR Dinner (not including costs for ingredients from the market)
THB3500 chefs fee for Lunch AND Dinner on the same day only. (Not including costs for ingredients from the market).

We will need at least 24 hours' notice for all food orders, so the staff have time to prepare.

If you need any shopping done prior to your arrival, or while you are staying with us, we will charge 20% service fee.

Please ensure that you bring at least 25,000THB for a petty cash fund, so that all expenses such as: shopping, transport, food orders, massages etc can be deducted from this amount to save you driving back and forth to the ATM. You will get a breakdown of all expenses, and if any money is still owed to you after, we will refund.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the rent total is due no later than 3 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $1,000.00. The damage deposit is payable upon arrival. It will be automatically refunded on the day of check-out, provided no charges apply.
Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.


Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement, in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to a pandemic, war and/or any directive, security issue, earthquake – which prevents the execution of the event as described in this agreement, or in case of cancellation by the supplier – an effort will be made to find an alternative date acceptable to both parties and within the current budget

Rules

PAYMENT POLICY A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the booking.The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days before arrival. Thereafter, 50% of the total fee will be deducted.

Check-in time is 3.00 pm and Check-out time is 12.00 noon.
. SURALAI operates a NO SMOKING indoors policy. Please be respectful of this.
. No pets are allowed unless by previous arrangement with the management and a deposit is paid. Any damage caused by pets will be charged.
.The swimming pool is a freshwater pool and occupants are asked to shower and remove creams and oils before entering. Irresponsible behaviour will not be tolerated, and it is the responsibility of the occupant to ensure the pool is used appropriately and safely.
Linen and towels will be changed every 3 days. For occupants who require extra linen and towel changes, there will be an extra charge. If linen and towels are irreparably soiled, there will be an extra charge for replacement.
Rooms and bathrooms will be cleaned daily by the Villa staff.
Personal laundry can be arranged through the Villa staff and at a cost to the occupant.
Drinking water is supplied by a dispenser in the kitchen and Villa Staff will place drinking water in the living area, pool area and each room daily.
A Continental-style breakfast is provided for occupants of the villa but not their guests. Any extra breakfast requirements can be arranged through the Villa Manger at an extra charge.
Electricity in Koh Samui is expensive and occupants are kindly asked not to leave the air conditioning on when not in their rooms.
Water is a precious commodity on Koh Samui as there is no mains supply, occupants are therefore asked to use water judiciously
In-villa meals can be arranged through the Villa Manager and his staff. Shopping will be done at cost + 20% and a fee for preparation of lunch and dinner levied at [THB2,500 or USD77.00 per day] at a cost to the occupant.
Music systems, Wi-Fi and TV are provided. Please consult the Villa Manual for instructions on their use. Occupants are expected to take care when using these systems and will be charged for any damage through improper use.
The Maximum number of guests is 12 adults and 2 children. However, any additional occupants may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to an extra charge. Extra beds are charged at US$50 per night.
Guests of the occupants will be allowed to visit but must leave the Villa by 11.00 pm. Extra charges will be incurred if those guests use the Villa facilities and amenities
Occupants shall be fully responsible for their guests and shall fully indemnify Suralai’s staff and agents for any damage caused to its staff or agents.
Occupants shall be responsible for any costs incurred by their guests and shall pay such costs directly to the Villa Manager upon demand.
The Villa Manager oversees the running of the villa and can arrange for any requirements occupants may have, such as:- Airport transfers- Car and driver tours- Boat trips- Golfing, fishing, adventure, and other tours- Massage, spa, and beauty treatments - on and off-site.- Yoga and fitness instructors – on and off-site- Car hire- Baby sitting services.
Villa staff live on the premises and are there to make your stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They will provide daily Continental-style breakfast and cleaning services and may assist you in arranging for shopping for local foods, drinks, and such. They can also help with cooking needs. Note they are normally on duty from 8 am until 8 pm. They should not be disturbed after 11 pm unless specifically agreed.
Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.
The occupant and their party are responsible for their own travel/health insurance. Neither the Villa Owner nor Villa Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death, or damage/loss to personal effects of the occupant and their party. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner's control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Owner is unable to honor this agreement.
Any Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded, provided said damage was not the fault of the occupant. The occupant is responsible for all damages, excluding wear-and-tear.
